Agentic Growth Engine is a marketing and web technology company based in Florida, United States. We operate agenticgrowthengine.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, where it goes, and what you can ask us to do about it.
The short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can answer you, plus basic analytics so we can see which pages are working. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising pixels.
Contact form. On our contact page, and at the bottom of the founder page, we ask for your name and email. You can optionally add your phone number, your website, the topic of your inquiry and your message.
Free visibility audit request. On our audit page we ask for your name, email, phone number and website address, plus an optional message. That form is hosted by HighLevel, our CRM provider, and submits directly to them.
Live chat. The chat window on this site is powered by HighLevel and answered in the first instance by an AI assistant, not a person. It asks for your name, email and phone number so we can follow up, and everything typed into it is stored in our CRM as a conversation. Treat it like an email to us, not a private search box.
New client intake. Once a project is agreed and a deposit is paid, we ask clients to complete a longer intake form covering their business, services, positioning, brand assets and any files they choose to upload. It is used only to build what they hired us to build.
Client support requests. Existing clients can report an issue through our client support page. That form asks for the business name, a contact name, email, phone, the site and page affected, a description of the problem, and any screenshots or recordings you choose to attach. We use it to diagnose and fix the issue and to keep a record of the work.
Text messaging compliance registration. Clients who want us to switch on business text messaging complete a compliance form the mobile carriers require. It asks for the legal business name, EIN, entity type, state of formation, registered address, business phone and email, an authorized representative, and a description of how the business intends to use SMS. We submit those details to the carrier registry through our messaging provider, because there is no way to enable business texting without them.
You choose what goes in these fields. Other than the compliance form above, which asks for an EIN because the carriers require one, please do not send sensitive personal information, payment card numbers, passwords or confidential third-party data through a website form.
With form submissions. Our form software records the date and time, the page the form was sent from, your browser user agent and your IP address alongside your answers. That is standard spam and abuse protection.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages get viewed, roughly where visitors are located by country and region, what device and browser they use, and which site or search sent them. Google sets cookies to do this. We do not use analytics to identify individual people.
Search Console. We use Google Search Console to see which search queries bring people here. It reports aggregated data only.
Live chat. The chat widget loads from HighLevel and stores a small identifier in your browser so a conversation carries across pages. It also records when a conversation started and which page you were on.
Fonts. Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them sends your IP address to Google.
Hosting and security. Our host keeps standard server logs. We run security software that limits repeated failed login attempts and blocks malicious requests. Both record IP addresses.
If you send a message through the contact form, we use it to reply. We do not add you to a marketing list off the back of a contact form inquiry.
If you request a free visibility audit, we will deliver the audit and follow up about it and about how we might help. Tell us to stop at any point and we will, immediately. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about work in progress, appointments, support tickets and account matters. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging platform and customer service providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use these providers because we need them to run the business. We do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
We build and run websites, CRMs and marketing systems for other businesses. Doing that work puts us in contact with data those clients hold about their own customers. We handle it on the client instruction, only for the work we were hired to do. We do not use it for our own marketing and we do not sell it. That data remains the client responsibility and is governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and want your information changed or deleted, contact that business directly. If they ask us to action it, we will.
We keep inquiries and client records for as long as we have a relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have a record of what was discussed and agreed. Form submissions stored in WordPress sit alongside the CRM record. Analytics data is retained under the settings Google applies to our property.
If you want your information deleted, ask us. We will delete it, other than anything we are required to keep.
We honor these requests wherever you live, not only where the law requires it. To make one, email hello@agenticgrowthengine.com.
This site sets a small number of cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. The live chat widget stores an identifier so a conversation continues as you move between pages. WordPress and our page builder may set cookies for basic site function and to remember a logged-in session, which applies to our team rather than to visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop the site working.
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
We run HTTPS across the site, keep our software updated, use security monitoring, and restrict access to inquiry data to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security and we will not pretend otherwise.
We link to other websites, including our clients’ sites and our social profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant we will say so on this page.
